We are Chaska, part of the Indian Restaurants RI Group.
If you sign up for our text or email promotions for Chaska, or if you make a reservation or order food online, we may collect your name, address, email address, and telephone number (depending upon what you provide to us when you sign up.)
We retain this information for as long as you wish to continue to receive our promotions either by text, email, or USPS. You may unsubscribe at any time, and at that point, we will mark you as unsubscribed, but we may continue to retain your information to ensure that we no longer send any materials to you. Each one of our restaurant locations are handled exclusively when signing up, other than when signing up for our loyalty program through our Toast POS platform.
We will share the information with those third-party services that we use to handle online orders and reservations and sending of promotions through email, text, or USPS. Other than that, we do not share or disclose your information to any other person or entity, unless required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena.

By submitting any signup form, you are consenting to receive marketing emails or text messages from Chaska. You can expect to receive three to four emails from our restaurant monthly, and one or two text messages monthly. You can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by using the SafeUnsubscribe® link, found at the bottom of every email, or reply ‘STOP’ on any text message sent from our restaurant.
Please know that if you do unsubscribe, and then you re-subscribe in the future, you will begin to receive information again.
